Pro is one flat price for every letter-writing clinician on your account. Your first clinician (you) is a seat, and each additional clinician who writes letters adds another seat at the same price. You need to be on Pro to add anyone to your clinic.

Yes — for free. Staff who don't write clinical letters (practice managers, reception, secretaries) can be invited to Pro at no charge. You only pay for the clinicians who actually generate documents; everyone else comes along free.

Pro is self-serve and works for a clinic of one right up to a busy practice — flat per-clinician pricing, admin and reception free. Enterprise is for hospitals and larger groups that need negotiated pricing, SSO, a custom data-processing agreement, dedicated support, and custom integrations. You'll get a prompt to upgrade to Pro for unlimited letters. Your account isn't suspended — we simply remind you about the upgrade option.

Yes. All plans include GDPR compliance, encryption in transit and at rest, and secure UK-based data storage. Your patient data is never shared with third parties and never used to train models.

Yes, you can cancel Pro at any time with no penalty. Your service continues to the end of the billing period, and you can always return to the Free plan.
